Terms of ServiceReliable Shipping
All orders ship Monday through Friday from our centrally-located warehouse via the United States Postal Services(Priority or First Class depending on the size and weight) or via FedEx Ground, Home Delivery or Smartpost. All orders will ship within 24 hours of payment, Monday – Friday.
• We stand behind every product we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to exchange the product or refund the product price within 30 days of purchase.
• For any exchange or refund, we will need a receipt of the transaction, and product must be in good condition, and including any boxes, packaging and accessories.
• No credits or refunds will be issued if an item is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date. All products that carry a warranty will be null and voided if - Any physical damage including but not limited to pet damage, auto damage, broken connectors, and damage from wear. External physical damage to the product. Returning a different item than was received.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
